Usually, an article will be publised on a local newspaper and word will spread through RTB when registration is open to the public.
Most of the time, they are released early February.

- You will be charged $3.00 when receiving results
- Slow response IF you register on the same day results are released
REGISTERING VIA SMS
- MOE REG [CENTRE CODE] [CANDIDATE NUMBER] [IC NUMBER]
Eg; MOE REG BN101 1001 01-080000
- Send to 8885555 for DST subscribers or 38666 for B-Mobile subscribers
- You will be charged $3.00 when receiving results
- You will be noted whether your registration is successful or nay successful about 2 hours later or within a day's time
- From experience, this option provides speedy-ish service.
